Food Revolution: Jamie Oliver’s TED 2010 talk - the bar chart he flashes up at the 2-min mark is profound, “we spend our lives being paranoid about murder and homicide and thefts, when the fast food and sugary drinks we have everyday has a much higher rate of killing us.”

I hereby declare not to step into a bookstore, especially Borders Curve, until CNY next year. I will buy my magazines ie Economist/SLAM only from mamak newstands. I can get stationary from Popular, but not to go close the chinese area.

I think I’m going to have severe lack of sleep.
Haven’t heard a story so sad in a while. All I can do is pray that you will have the hope and the will to live on. People come and go in our lives, not in our puny horizons can we understand another human soul, or pass judgment that accentuates our stupidity by judging.
Sigh and I’m gonna miss another Team Malat dinner tomorrow night.
